Job Description:

We’re partnering with a well‑known independent AdTech business looking to hire an Account Manager to join their Customer Success team.

This is a client-facing role focused on campaign delivery, performance management, and building strong relationships across agency and advertiser partners.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly from launch through to reporting and optimisation, while helping drive long‑term client success.

The Role

  • Own and manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from setup through to delivery, optimisation and reporting
  • Act as the main point of contact for agency and client stakeholders during live campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across agency and media teams
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions
  • Work closely with Sales, Activation, Product and Operations teams to ensure campaigns achieve client objectives
  • Deliver campaign insights, reporting and post‑campaign analysis to clients
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency across campaign management work flows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement real‑time performance optimisation

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience within customer success, account management, campaign management or digital advertising operastions
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and campaign delivery processes
  • Some hands‑on experience with ad servers, tracking systems and campaign management platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong Excel and presentation
