We are working with a leading international practice delivering complex projects across the UK and Europe. The studio has a strong reputation for technical excellence and project delivery, working on large-scale data centre, life sciences, residential and commercial developments.

They are looking for a Senior Architect or Associate Architect to join their London team and play a key role in the technical delivery of complex projects.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of projects through technical and construction stages
• Produce and oversee detailed technical design and construction information
• Act as a technical lead on complex projects
• Coordinate BIM workflows and Revit-based project delivery
• Manage consultant coordination and technical information
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• ARB Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist
• Strong experience delivering projects through technical and construction stages
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Strong Revit and BIM coordination skills
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Experience leading technical packages and multidisciplinary coordination
• Data centre and life sciences project experience highly beneficial
• Confident working within large project teams and complex delivery environments

Salary & Benefits

• £65,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
