Shared Lives Carer (BSL3+) – Flexible Home Care

Bath River Line is seeking Shared Lives carers in Bath, England to provide support to individuals with eligible needs using their own home. Successful candidates will receive full training and ongoing support, and will be able to work flexibly to accommodate childcare and other commitments.

Responsibilities include overseeing new support requests, participating in a detailed matching process, and ensuring the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. Significant tax incentives are available for those providing full-time care.
