Summary
This role offers an opportunity to shape a new service area and lead interface management for offshore wind developers in the early design stages.
Responsibilities
- Help shape our dedicated project support offer to an offshore wind developer in the early project stages.
- Provide interface management support to key clients, including responsibilities for:
- Requirements capture
- Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation support
- Stakeholder management
- Applying suitable controls and decision logs to information flow
- Contracting support
- Support the development of wider package‑management offerings in our core technical areas
Qualifications & Skills
- Significant experience in the offshore wind industry providing project or interface management to a developer, OEM, or foundation designer.
- Track record of developing and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders within the offshore wind industry.
- Clear communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of key commercial challenges faced during an offshore wind project.
- High‑level understanding of wind turbine or wind farm technology.
- A degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- A strong team player with willingness to create new and different solutions.
- Chartered Engineer status.
