Summary

This role offers an opportunity to shape a new service area and lead interface management for offshore wind developers in the early design stages.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape our dedicated project support offer to an offshore wind developer in the early project stages.
  • Provide interface management support to key clients, including responsibilities for:
    • Requirements capture
    • Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation support
    • Stakeholder management
    • Applying suitable controls and decision logs to information flow
    • Contracting support
    • Support the development of wider package‑management offerings in our core technical areas

Qualifications & Skills

  • Significant experience in the offshore wind industry providing project or interface management to a developer, OEM, or foundation designer.
  • Track record of developing and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders within the offshore wind industry.
  • Clear communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of key commercial challenges faced during an offshore wind project.
  • High‑level understanding of wind turbine or wind farm technology.
  • A degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • A strong team player with willingness to create new and different solutions.
  • Chartered Engineer status.
