Symmetry Search & Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst with proven experience in supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes, based at their Swindon HQ. This 20-month fixed-term contract offers a salary of £50,000 – £60,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end transformation activities, supporting various project roles and ensuring governance standards are met. Applicants must have significant experience at PMO Lead level and a strong understanding of project lifecycles. A proactive mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
