We’re working with a well-respected, purpose-led professional services business (confidential for now) looking for an experienced Financial Controller to provide stability and leadership during an important phase of change.
You’ll work closely with a highly credible fractional CFO and senior leadership team, taking real ownership of the finance function – not just reporting the numbers, but helping shape what happens next.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasting
- Managing invoice finance relationships and credit control discipline
- Preparing budgets and rolling forecasts
- Strengthening controls, processes and reporting
- Mentoring a small finance team
- Partnering with operational leaders to drive better decisions
You’ll likely be a great fit if you
- Are an experienced Financial Controller (or strong Finance Manager ready to step up)
- Enjoy improving processes and bringing structure
- Are confident with Xero and cloud-based systems
- Have worked in professional services / project-led businesses
