Description
Priory Hospital Altrincham is a full-time, 37.5 hour per week, site‑based practitioner psychologist position requiring a doctoral qualification and HCPC registration. The role involves providing expert treatment for a range of mental health conditions and addictions within the inpatient units that serve adults with mental health challenges.
What you’ll be doing
You will identify and deliver appropriate and relevant treatments and interventions within your field of therapy to promote and develop the mental, emotional, physical, and social well‑being of clients, liaising with families and carers.
What you’ll bring to the role
Essential: you must hold a doctoral qualification or a recognised postgraduate qualification, be a registered practitioner psychologist (HCPC), and possess a relevant Master’s degree or higher. Experience and practical exposure in your chosen field of therapy, with demonstrated competence and professional practice, are required.
