Overnight Care Officer (Waking Night) – Part-Time

Walsall Council is seeking a Waking Night Officer for its Bluebells Short Breaks Service, providing overnight care for children with disabilities. This part-time role requires working 20 hours a week on Thursday to Sunday from 21:45 to 07:45.

The successful candidate will have experience with children, excellent safeguarding skills, and be available for occasional training. Salary range is £28,598 – £31,022 pro-rated, plus a 15% payment for unsociable hours. The application closing date is June 28, 2026.
