Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Hospital at Home (7-day Service)

NHS Highland is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for the Hospital at Home service in Oban to assess and manage acute conditions. This key role involves high-level decision making within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care at home.
