Senior Brand Experience Designer

Your Role
Your role is to ensure great ideas don’t stay as ideas. You will transform strategic thinking, creative concepts, and brand identities into campaigns, content, motion, film, experiences, and real‑world applications.
Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, clients, freelancers, and production partners to deliver cohesive and engaging touchpoints across physical and digital channels.
Comfortable creating work yourself as well as directing others to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform brand identities into immersive, engaging, and commercially effective experiences.
- Develop and execute campaigns and activations that help brands connect more meaningfully with audiences.
- Bring ideas to life through motion, film, presentations, social content, and visual storytelling.
- Lead the execution of complex creative projects, collaborating with freelancers, suppliers, and production partners while maintaining exceptional standards of craft and consistency.
- Explore emerging technologies, creative tools, and new applications to keep clients ahead of the curve.
What You Bring
- Several years of experience creating work within branding, creative, design, or experience agency environments.
- Multidisciplinary creative expertise with strong design fundamentals across motion, campaigns, content, film, activation, or experience design.
- Ability to lead both concept development and execution, taking pride from initial thinking to final delivery.
- Confidence collaborating with clients, creative teams, and production partners, balancing creativity with practical delivery.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, AI, and new creative possibilities, actively exploring how they can enhance work.
- Proactivity, collaboration, and excitement for turning ideas into experiences that genuinely connect with people.
