Senior Electronics Engineer & Team Lead — Aerospace

Ontic in Bishop’s Cleeve is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will support the integrity and performance of aerospace electronic products across their lifecycle, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.

This role requires a degree in Electronics Engineering and experience in a reliability-critical environment. Candidates should have strong knowledge of design verification and regulatory standards. We offer up to 29 days of annual leave, a goal share bonus scheme, and mental wellness support.
