Responsibilities

• Conducting internal and external audits
• Supporting customer and supplier PPAP activities
• Leading 8D investigations and root cause analysis
• Managing customer quality concerns and containment actions
• Supporting quality planning and continuous improvement projects
• Producing KPI reports and performance analysis
• Supporting inspection, testing and validation activities
• Working closely with production teams to improve quality performance
• Driving improvements across processes, systems and standards
• Supporting warranty investigations and customer-facing activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of PPAP, FMEA, 8D and IATF16949
• Enjoy solving problems and driving improvements
• Comfortable working with customers, suppliers and production teams
• Take ownership rather than passing problems on
• Prefer a hands‑on SME environment over a large corporate structure
• Want to play a key role in strengthening and shaping a Quality function
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and team‑first mentality

Bonus Experience

• CMM measurement or programming
• IMDS
• VDA auditing
• Supplier Quality, Customer Quality
• Leadership or mentoring experience
