At Quest Global, UK, we are actively looking for Methods and Technical Publication Engineer (s) to join one of our Aerospace and Defence projects based in Derby.
Skills Required
- Experience in creation / revision of Various Aero Engine Manuals (CIR, EM, IPC, SB, etc.).
- Conduct technical reviews / deliverable reviews and monitor technical health of projects.
- Strong knowledge of Technical Publications Aerospace Standards (ie. ATA100, ispec 2200 and S1000D).
- Working Knowledge on Simplified English standard ASD-STE.
- Experience in Adobe FrameMaker, Arbortext Epic Editor and Common Source Database (CSDB).
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and change drivers (Service Bulletin, Service Newsletter, ECN, etc.).
- Willingness to work in extremely tight schedules, while still not neglecting the value of attention to details and subsequently delivering high quality work.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal /external customers.
- Managing, updating, and creating training material. Support training initiatives as needed.
- Methods, Technical Publications and MRO
- Experience in Aero Engine Technical Publications
Education
- Technical Diploma or Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace or relevant streams
