An exciting opportunity awaits you to become a crucial part of expanding operations in the UK as a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicle wash systems. They are actively seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to work with their clients in the South. Based from home, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining vehicle wash systems and associated equipment, working to SLAs and providing technical support.
Although previous experience with vehicle wash systems would be helpful, it is not required as they are committed to providing full training and development for the right individual.
Who we are looking for?
- Solid background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, ideally qualified to City and Guilds level.
- Adopt adept at fault‑finding to the component level, ensuring systems operate at peak performance.
- Capable of efficient stock management if required in your area, managing stock holding at local storage facility.
- Adaptable and capable of working independently or as part of a team, thriving in diverse environments.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, undaunted by the elements.
- Familiar with traveling to fulfil responsibilities and occasional overnight stays away from home.
- Prepared for occasional early starts and late finishes as needed to meet commitments.
