We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our East Midlands Outlet Village store. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 12 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers.
- Use a personalized selling approach and guide the customer journey from start to finish.
- Deliver sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
- Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, confidence and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- High level of personal grooming standards and passion for luxury.
- Strong team player with drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPIs.
- Flexibility in working arrangements to satisfy business requirements.
