Furniture Village – Sales Consultant
Location: Colchester. 40 Hour Contract, 5 days a week (Monday – Sunday on a rota‑d basis) including weekends. Basic salary £25,500 with overall OTE £50,000 – £60,000+ and uncapped commission.

Your Role
- Be the face of the store.
- Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs.
- Create an awesome end‑to‑end experience for all customers.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with your team.
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
- Make a difference every day to the customer experience.
