Role Overview

As a Pre-sales consultantyou’ll be the bridge between what CMap can do and what prospects need — a trusted expert who brings credibility, curiosity, and genuine care to every conversation. You’ll sit at the heart of the sales team, supporting revenue‑critical deals while also building the assets and knowledge that help the whole team perform.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with reps on complex deals — custom demos, RFPs, trial management, and prospect consulting.
  • Deliver tailored software demonstrations that speak directly to a prospect’s world.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards and documents that show CMap in the context of their business.
  • Advise on best practices for core business processes, positioning yourself as a genuine partner.
  • Collaborate with reps, sales leadership and onboarding on deal strategy and tactics.
  • Own the trial experience — enabling prospects, running process calls, and managing multiple stakeholders with confidence.

Enablement

  • Identify and produce self‑serve assets that let reps move faster with less support.
  • Act as the voice of the prospect internally — collaborating with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to shape content and knowledge.
  • Own and continuously improve demo environments so they represent CMap at its very best.
