Resident Liaison Officer – Social Housing & Tenant Care

The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Resident Liaison Officer based in Hackney, London, to support social housing refurbishment projects. You will act as the key point of contact for residents, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction levels throughout the maintenance works.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in social housing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time position with a 6-8 month fixed-term contract offering £18.00 per hour.
