Responsibilities

  • Handling sales enquiries and converting opportunities into completed deals
  • Presenting tailored finance options from 20+ leading lenders
  • Building rapport quickly with customers and understanding their needs
  • Managing your own pipeline and working to clear, achievable targets
  • Delivering a confident, professional customer experience end to end

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a target-driven, outbound environment
  • Confident phone manner with strong closing skills
  • Motivation to earn commission and progress your career
  • Experience in financial services, motor finance, or FCA-regulated sales
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • OTE £40,000+ Year 1, rising to £50,000+ Year 2
  • Uncapped commission
  • Structured training and progression into senior roles
