People & Culture Officer — Post-Merger HR Support

Ashley Kate HR & Finance is seeking a Senior HR Officer for a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract in Greater London. You will support approximately 310 employees through various HR activities in a transforming organization.

Your role includes managing HR queries, recruiting in a post-merger context, and aiding HR administration via Cascade HRIS. Ideal candidates will be proactive and ideally progressing towards a CIPD qualification, ready to engage with both managers and senior stakeholders.
