People & Culture Lead — HR & Employee Wellbeing

Enabled Living Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional for the HR Lead position. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to managers while delivering high-quality HR support on employee relations, workforce change, and people strategy.

You’ll develop the internal HR function, support managers, and implement initiatives aimed at improving staff wellbeing and retention. The post offers a flexible working schedule of 36 hours a week, with the option of a 4-day work week.
