Draughts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead team performance and ensure high standards in our experiential hospitality venues. You will directly impact the guest experience and operational success by supporting the General Manager and setting a positive example for the team.

We are looking for a natural leader with strong management skills, who is proactive, calm under pressure, and focused on detail. This full-time or part-time role offers a salary between £40,000 and £45,000 OTE, along with benefits like pension and staff discounts.
