We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency that’s looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its client services team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering impactful digital campaigns, and helping businesses achieve measurable growth.
The role:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries
- Oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, from single-channel activity through to integrated multi-channel strategies
- Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and drive results
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, performance updates, and commercial insight
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
- Build long-term partnerships with stakeholders and deliver an exceptional client experience
What we’re looking for:
- Eperience in an Account Management, Client Services, or Strategic Marketing role
- Previous experience within a digital marketing agency environment
- Understanding of channels such as SEO and PPC
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience growing client accounts and increasing revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
