The Role:
We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark by driving strategic projects that improve the way the business operates, collaborates, and grows. Here’s how:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business transformation and capability projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across technology, people, and process improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and markets.
- Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and successful execution.
- Support the development and implementation of digital platforms and internal business solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and increase operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to deliver project outcomes.
- Champion project management best practice and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in Project Management, PMO, Transformation, Change, or Business Improvement roles.
- Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional projects from initiation through to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfortable working within fast‑paced, evolving environments where priorities can shift.
- Experience within technology, consulting, marketing, agency, or transformation‑led environments would be advantageous.
- Passionate about driving change and delivering measurable business impact.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to lead projects and challenge constructively when required.
