The Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark by driving strategic projects that improve the way the business operates, collaborates, and grows. Here’s how:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business transformation and capability projects.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across technology, people, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and markets.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and successful execution.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital platforms and internal business solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and increase operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to deliver project outcomes.
  • Champion project management best practice and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Project Management, PMO, Transformation, Change, or Business Improvement roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Comfortable working within fast‑paced, evolving environments where priorities can shift.
  • Experience within technology, consulting, marketing, agency, or transformation‑led environments would be advantageous.
  • Passionate about driving change and delivering measurable business impact.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to lead projects and challenge constructively when required.
