Bilingual French eCommerce Customer Support Specialist

TrustFord is seeking a French speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent online service to customers. Your responsibilities will include resolving queries via e-mail and live chat for our French channels while co-ordinating with internal teams and external partners.
