Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager for one of their premier energy clients in London, UK. This person will lead the end-to-end evaluation of a legacy, custom-built ETRM system, assessing its current state, performance, and operational resilience as it supports increasingly critical business functions. He or she will conduct detailed analysis of system architecture, dependencies, and workflows to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement and then develop a clear, actionable recommendations to enhance system stability, scalability, and resilience.

Must Haves

• 8+ years of Project/Program management experience
• Experience and understanding of ETRM systems
• Strong production support & operational risk experience (incidents, problem management, runbooks)
• Good infrastructure and environment literacy (capacity, resilience, prod/non‑prod, change freezes)
• Deep NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) understanding (performance, availability, recoverability, supportability) and how to make them measurable
• Analytical mindset to spot repeat root causes and systemic issues
• Executive‑safe communication to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations

Pluses

• Experience evaluating older ETRM systems for modernization
