Senior HR Coordinator: International Law Firm Liverpool Street
A well-regarded international law firm based at Liverpool Street is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this is a varied and senior-facing role combining hands-on HR coordination with PA-level support to the leadership team.
The role:
- Providing PA-type support to the HR Director and senior leadership team, including preparing documents, typing minutes and creating agendas
- Managing partner employee lifecycle tasks from end to end – contracts, onboarding, offboarding and pre-employment screening
- Acting as a key point of contact for HR queries across the firm
- Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance processes
- Coordinating HR projects and initiatives as required by the HR Director
What they’re looking for:
- Solid HR coordination or HR administration experience, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment
- Comfortable supporting at a senior level and dealing with confidential matters with discretion
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Someone who can manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively and work at pace
