Transformation Programme Manager

Contract – 12 months

Reading (Hybrid) | Leadership Opportunity

MBNL is embarking on a major transformation journey as it evolves into a leading infrastructure management organisation. We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead complex, business-critical change programmes that will shape the future operating model, processes, and ways of working across the organisation

This is a high-profile role, working closely with senior leadership, shareholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading large-scale transformation programmes and organisational change initiatives
  • Supporting the design and implementation of new operating models, business processes, and organisational structures
  • Establishing programme governance, managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery plans
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at executive level
  • Driving business readiness, change adoption, and successful delivery of programme outcomes
  • Developing compelling business cases, programme narratives, and transformation roadmaps

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes in large organisations
  • Strong programme leadership skills across change, operating model design, and organisational transformation
  • Experience setting up and leading programmes from inception, including governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership teams
  • A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in complex environments

Desirable

  • Experience within joint venture, infrastructure, utilities, engineering, or telecoms environments
  • Exposure to organisation redesign, business process transformation, or large-scale operational change
