Human Resources Analyst

HAIL Partners is working with a Global, Tech focused Private Equity firm on the search for a HR Analyst / Associate to join their London team. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role with a strong analytical edge – perfect for someone who loves both people and data.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Owning global payroll inputs and data integrity
• Producing headcount, attrition, DEIB and compensation reporting and dashboards
• Maintaining and enhancing HRIS data (BambooHR) and driving process automation
• Supporting recruitment, annual salary reviews, benefits renewals and comp benchmarking
• Partnering with global Human Capital colleagues on strategic people projects

Role Requirements:

• Generalist or analytical HR experience, ideally within financial or professional services
• Strong data and reporting capability – Excel and HRIS experience essential
• An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insight
• Excellent organisation, discretion and a genuinely proactive approach
• Intellectually curious – challenges the status quo and identifies opportunities to improve
