Are you an experienced project or programme manager with a background in building safety, fire remediation, construction, housing or capital works within a residential property environment?

At Hyde, we’re investing significantly in the safety of our homes and communities. We’re looking for a Building Safety Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of fire safety and remediation projects across our housing stock.

You’ll be responsible for managing complex programmes from inception through to completion, working with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with building safety legislation.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in:

Lead complex capital or remediation projects

Manage budgets, programmes and contractors

Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Drive high standards of safety, quality and compliance

Deliver projects that make a real difference to residents

You must have – Fire experience gained within a regulated residential environment
