The Role

An established Essex law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Chelmsford office.You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases• Remortgages• Transfers of equity• New build transactions• General residential conveyancing mattersThe role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own files while working closely with a supportive team of experienced property professionals.

To be considered, you’ll ideally be

A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ residential conveyancing experience
Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and commercially minded
Comfortable working within a full-time office-based environment
Interested in networking and business development opportunities
