Senior Risk & Compliance Leader – General Insurance

Barleycorn is seeking a HEAD OF RISK & COMPLIANCE based in Manchester. This role involves leading the development of risk management and compliance frameworks to ensure the organisation meets regulatory standards and operates within risk appetite.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in risk and compliance leadership within the General Insurance sector, knowledge of PRA and FCA regulations, and will engage with Boards and regulators.
