Principal Designer – Building Regulations & HRB Lead

Gen2Tek is seeking a Building Regulation Principal Designer to take ownership of various duties across high-rise and mixed-use projects. You will be embedded in live projects, managing compliance and engaging with duty holders.

The ideal candidate will have a background as a Building Control Surveyor or an architect, with strong design management skills and familiarity with the Building Safety Act. If you are looking for a substantive role in a growing consultancy, we want to hear from you.
