Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Consultant Paediatrician to join our Friendly Community Paediatrics Team based at Chalk Hill Primary Care Centre in Brent, North West London on a sessional basis.
Working Locations and Hours
The clinics are delivered at either Wembley Centre for Health or Willesden Centre for Health. This is a sessional post on Bank time and does not include SPA time.
Post holder will not be expected to provide Child Protection cover, clinical or education supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of the multidisciplinary team, covering responsibilities related to Clinical Activities such as:
- General and Specialist CDT clinics
- Triaging referrals
- MDT clinical discussions or meetings
- Possibly EHCP medical assessments
Include appropriate clinical administration time and support.
Team Context
The Brent Community Paediatric Team sits within Brent Children’s Clinical Services Unit (CSU) alongside other specialist services.
