Responsibilities
- End to end brand strategy and performance
- Full lifecycle NPD from idea to launch
- High impact campaigns across TV, digital, and in store
- Agency partnerships to bring brilliant ideas to life
- Cross functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Supply
- One direct report, with responsibility to coach and develop
Profile
A successful Senior Brand Manager should have:
- Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
- Experience working across the full marketing mix
- Confidence managing stakeholders and agencies with strong commercial instincts
- Ambition to step up and take on broader ownership
