Director, Cyber Exposure & Attack Surface Engineering

Iceberg is seeking a Director of Cyber Exposure Management to lead a new capability function. This position reports directly to the CISO, focusing on reshaping the understanding and reduction of cyber exposure.

The ideal candidate will define exposure measurement and prioritisation across the organisation, drive remediation efforts, and translate technical risks into actionable insights for stakeholders. Strong experience in exposure and vulnerability management is required.
