Global Legal Lead for Growth, M&A & Compliance

Scarlet is seeking an experienced legal counsel to drive legal aspects of fundraising, acquisitions, and new market expansions. You will manage critical agreements, provide regulatory support, and facilitate recruitment in compliance with labour laws.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with 7-12 years PQE, strong communication skills, and experience in a high-growth startup environment. Compensation ranges from £160K to £175K.
