I’m currently partnering with a really exciting AI-native scale‑up looking to hire a Head of Product & Engineering to lead the next stage of their growth.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely strategic leadership role within a company already delivering AI products at commercial scale, with a strong customer base and significant growth ambitions over the next 24 months.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for shaping how the company builds:

• Lean cross‑functional teams
• AI-native engineering workflows
• Faster experimentation and delivery
• Scalable customer‑facing AI products
• Strong technical standards and architecture

Qualifications

The ideal profile is someone who:

• Has led engineering/product organisations within a scale‑up or product‑led business
• Has shipped customer‑facing AI/GenAI products
• Can operate credibly in architecture and systems design discussions
• Understands modern AI-native delivery models
• Is commercially minded and outcome focused
• Enjoys operating in fast‑moving environments with high ownership
