International Commercial Counsel (Remote/UK)

HH Global is seeking a recently qualified commercial lawyer to join its legal department. The role involves providing legal advice primarily across the EMEA and APAC regions, with a focus on drafting and negotiating various international commercial agreements. Ideal candidates will have in-house experience and a strong understanding of English law.

This role can be performed remotely within the UK or based in one of our offices. Responsibilities include preparing and managing agreements, advising on legal risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
