Are you a commercially driven professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and opening doors with new clients? We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to join a growing organisation and play a key role in driving new business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a client-facing commercial role who thrives on engaging prospects, understanding their challenges, and converting conversations into opportunities.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process through to onboarding.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in business development, sales, lead generation, or a similar commercial role
- Confident initiating conversations and developing new business relationships
- An excellent communicator with strong questioning and listening skills
- Commercially aware and opportunity focused
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail oriented
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to team success
- Quick to learn new concepts and comfortable developing knowledge in technical or regulated sectors

Working Pattern
This is a hybrid role based in Bristol, with employees expected to spend approximately 50% of their time working alongside colleagues in the office.
