Radiology Manager – Maternity Cover (Confidential Opportunity)
Bristol | Private Healthcare Hospital | Fixed Term (Maternity Cover, starting July)
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Up to £56,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are currently supporting a leading private healthcare provider in the recruitment of an experienced Radiology Manager for a maternity cover position at a well-established hospital in Bristol.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Diagnostic Imaging service during a period of investment and transformation, supported by modern state-of-the-art equipment and strong national clinical leadership.
As Radiology Manager, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery, leading a high-performing imaging team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Radiology / Diagnostic Imaging team
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred imaging services
- Drive continuous improvement and service development initiatives
- Work closely with senior clinical and operational stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with HCPC and relevant regulatory standards
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
About You
We are looking for an experienced and motivated radiology leader who brings:
- HCPC registration (essential)
- Previous experience in a Radiology / Imaging management role
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- A passion for service improvement and staff development
- The ability to thrive in a busy, high-quality clinical environment
