- ers.Identify and manage legal risks and opportunit
- ies.Fulfil Company Secretary duties and ensure governance complia
- nce.Develop and manage insurance strategy and oversee all insurance matt
- ers.Build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all lev
- els.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing legal and insurance t
- eam.Manage departmental performance, budget, and ensure operational excellence and complia
nce.Requirements for a Legal Adv
- isor:Qualified solicitor or barrister (or equivalent) with excellent credentials, academic background and legal sk
- ills.Experience as a solicitor (or reaching a comparable stand
- ard).Effective management of legal assignm
- ents.Sound understanding of commercial law in the widest s
- ense.Ability to research, assess and present most legal is
- sues.Good ability to support others to reach commercial decisions based on interpretation of legal is
