London (Leyton E10) | Full-time | Studio-based
At Earl of East, we believe in ritual over routine.
Since 2014, we’ve been creating home fragrance products designed to help people create moments of calm, connection and reflection in their everyday lives. What started as a market stall has grown into a multi-channel business with four London stores, over 250 wholesale partners worldwide and an in-house production studio where every product begins its journey.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing people, process and product. You’ll be responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently and safely while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that defines our brand.
