Regional Account Manager – South of England

Investment Distribution | Home-Based with travel | £50,000–£65,000 + up to 40% Bonus + Benefits

Are you commercially driven, confident working with financial advisers and ready to take the next step in your career?

We are working with a fast-growing UK investment business looking to appoint a Regional Account Manager to cover the South of England.

This is not a passive account management role and it is not a pure cold-sales position. You will work with an established base of signed financial planning firms, helping to deepen relationships, increase adviser adoption and convert opportunities into sustainable asset flows.

You will:

  • Build strong relationships with advisers, paraplanners and business owners
  • Support onboarding, education and adviser training
  • Drive adoption and growth across existing accounts
  • Identify untapped AUM and further opportunities within firms
  • Track pipeline, flows and engagement across your region
  • Represent the business at client meetings, CPD sessions and industry events

Why join?

  • Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing MPS providers
  • Work with an established client base and warm pipeline
  • Home-based role covering the South of England
  • No activity targets or micromanagement
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing distribution team
  • Ongoing investment in your development and qualifications
  • Private healthcare, critical illness cover, life insurance, pension and EV salary sacrifice

Who could this suit?

The business is open-minded on background and would be interested in speaking with candidates from:

  • MPS or DFM providers
  • Platforms
  • Adviser-facing financial services businesses
  • EIS, VCT or tax-efficient investment providers
  • Telephone Account Manager or Business Development Consultant roles

This could be a strong next step for someone looking to move into a broader, more autonomous and field-facing position.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in an adviser-facing sales or relationship management role
  • Strong understanding of the IFA and wealth management market
  • Commercial mindset and evidence of growing relationships
  • Confidence presenting propositions and handling adviser queries
  • Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel across the South of England

Relevant industry qualifications, experience with suitability frameworks and an existing adviser network would be beneficial, but not essential.
