The Opportunity
This role offers more than a traditional step forward. You will work closely with an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner on:
- Complex, high-value disputes
- Multi-jurisdictional matters
- Strategically significant client issues
You will play an active role in shaping legal strategy, managing matters, and building direct client relationships from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of high-quality commercial disputes
- Advising on:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Shareholder and corporate disputes
- Injunctions and urgent applications
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
- Insolvency-related and regulatory disputes
- Running matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Working directly with clients, directors, and key stakeholders
- Contributing to strategic decision-making on complex disputes
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
