Permanent Video / Motion / AI / Content Creative Role – Hybrid Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote)
Requirements: Driving licence and access to a car (free onsite parking)

The Role
We are looking for a Video / Motion Content Creative to join the in-house team, producing engaging video and motion content for marketing, product launches, training, and brand initiatives. You’ll manage projects from concept to delivery and help implement efficient, AI-supported production workflows.
Responsibilities
– Produce and edit video and motion content across channels.
– Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives.
– Create short-form content for social and digital platforms.
– Capture content on-site or at events as needed.
– Maintain a well-organised multimedia asset library.
– Introduce smarter tools and processes to improve creative output.
About You
– Strong video editing and motion design skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Creative Suite).
– Experience using AI tools in creative workflows.
– Excellent storytelling with high creative standards.
– Comfortable managing projects independently and collaborating with stakeholders.
– Proactive, adaptable, and forward-thinking.
