Behaviour Mentor / Youth Mentor – The Role
• Build strong and positive relationships with students who require additional support• Act as a positive role model and mentor throughout the school day• Support behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies• Deliver intervention sessions focused on engagement, confidence, and personal development• Provide classroom support and cover lessons when required• Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals
