This is a newly created, standalone role with the opportunity to build and shape the entire People function, creating and delivering a people strategy that supports significant growth and international expansion
The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a privately owned travel, hospitality, or leisure business and will have played a key role in guiding the organisation through a transaction, investment, or exit.
We’re looking for someone who can:

✅ Build scalable HR processes and frameworks
✅ Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning
✅ Lead employee engagement initiatives
✅ Partner and influence senior stakeholders
✅ Balance strategic leadership with hands-on HR support
Previous experience operating in a standalone, senior People/HR role within a growing business is essential.
