We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 3-month contract, supporting the delivery of core people processes across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 6–12 months+ HR administration experience and hands-on exposure to Workday, looking to build on their HR career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (starters, leavers, contract changes, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support onboarding processes, including issuing contracts, coordinating inductions, and managing documentation.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
  • Support payroll processes by collating and providing accurate employee data.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee documentation.

  • Hands-on experience using Workday (essential).
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR data.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of UK employment practices is desirable.
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Level 3 (or working towards) would be advantageous but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive HR team and make an immediate impact in a busy and people-focused environment.
