SENIOR COUNSEL, EUROPE CHANNEL DISTRIBUTION FTC – UP TO 12 MONTHS4 OR 5 DAYS, JULY START LONDON AND/OR REMOTE
We are partnering with a global media organisation to appoint an experienced commercial lawyer to support international channel distribution and advertising sales across EMEA.
This role will suit an experienced lawyer with experience in media, advertising, distribution, TMT, or digital content, gained in private practice or in-house. You’ll negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise on advertising regulation, data privacy, media law, and support high-profile commercial partnerships across multiple platforms.
Key experience sought: • Media distribution and advertising sales agreements • UK/EU commercial and advertising law • Digital advertising, ad tech and data privacy • Strong drafting and negotiation skills • Commercial, pragmatic approach
